As men, we are pre determined, to fight for the household, bring home the kill of the field, and raise our children in a proper and upright manner to live strongly as though they were the pillars that hold up this society. The society that we as men live in and the children we raise affect us indefinitely. Believing in the fragility of this society will only bring downfall and despair. The only thing we can honestly believe in with every fiber of the soul the great creator has given us is our selves. Every man makes the decision to love and be loved. In the same respect, they also have the ability to dance on the graves of their enemies. The male species dictates its own course in life, whether the path leads astray or stays the course
The male of a certain species will try to attract the female counter part by self-improvement. Shedding feathers can be compared to changing one’s style/clothing to attract a mate with which to breed, be happy, and extend the name of his house. Self-improvement is not changing one’s appearance or changing one’s body structure, as everyone is prone to do. Tyler Durden once said that self-improvement is masturbation. Humans are not different from animals; they do whatever is possible to attract the one that catches their eye. Although one can go as far to say that the beasts with which we loathe are more human than us with morals more dignified than our own. At least the beasts only breed when it is within their season. Humans breed whenever they feel the urge.
Yes, the urge. The very same that has brought forth society’s strongest assets, leaders that help advance the free world, like Bill Gates or even the villains in the movie labeled life, such as Bin Laden. Sometimes the only way for a structure to be re built and made anew is for it to be burned down to the ground. The bad things in life always have a reason and may even end up doing some good in the world. The almighty with which we esteem gave us hands to build structures and progress the Great American Dream. Yes, go forth and prosper, meeting people along the way and sharing your life experiences with them. Maybe between the people met and the people loved, a book could be written. A gargantuan book of experiences, that a greenhorn in life could buy off the shelves and get every job he applies for, a letter from every college he applies for, straight A’s, and the girl he always dreamed about and obsessed over. humans such power. That is what humans have, a secret potential that no other living thing on the earth has. They have the heart and soul to persevere through any and everything thrown their way. Living without truly living, is the simplest form of beautiful ignorance. Being alive but honestly dead inside their own body and mind, living the most ignorant dream imaginable but never truly asleep. If only there was some sort of ladder one could climb, to raise him or herself out of the pit of ignorance into another realm of living. It’s very simple, to achieve the success of life with a simple power being alive within all humans. Some strange form of belief in the things we hold dear in our soul but are kept a secret from our brain. Poets probably called it Self Reliance. Self reliance should be simpler in this day and age. One does not have to rely on farms or fields to get the nourishment they need. There are a couple miles between you and the food you desire. What a juvenile and whimsical thought self reliance is. But in this society, what can one hold dear to their heart except that which isn’t real.
